We booked a double room and triple person room (bunks and double bed) as our family consisted of myself, husband and three adult children. I would recommend the hotel most definitely to all groups of people whether they be single, couples or a family. We found the reception staff to be extremely hospitable, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in a good location - 10 minute walk into town. A beautiful view of the Viaduct with the surrounding town in the distance could be seen from our double room. Breakfast was the standard yoghurt, orange juice, cereal, pastries, bread, meat, cheese etc. and there was ample supply. There is a restaurant on the premises although we didn't eat there, as we had a prior commintment but did have drinks on the lovely balcony area. We consider this to be a very good and welcoming boutique style hotel to stay when visiting Millau and would highly recommend.

Ideal hotel in a perfect location next to the river, very helpful personal. Modern unit with a view. Location really close to old town, and good dining options can be found along Rue de la Capelle.

Located in a quiet place, easy to park the car.
Small room, not in the city center, the price we pay was higher than the prices posted in the hotel

The room was quiet. The room was ok for a budget type hotel.
Although clean the room smelled musty / old. I paid for the room when we checked out and when I checked my credit card statement a few days later I noticed they had also charged one nights accomodation on the day we made the booking (the booking confirmation stated they would not charge a deposit). It took 2 emails requesting the deposit to be refunded and about a week before the hotel finally refunded the deposit. Their accounting systems are poor.

The location of this hotel in a very quiet area by the river was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our basic amenities were met, including comfortable rooms with tea making facilities. We were delighted to have a room with a view of the Millau bridge, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.
